Claiming and verifying

Three tiers

Community

Someone added the event, but nobody owns the listing. Accuracy depends on who added it. No one can edit.

Claimed

A host has claimed the listing and can edit it. Probably still happening, but not recently confirmed.

Verified

A claimed event whose host confirmed within the last 30 days. Leads lists and gets the gold badge.

How to claim

  1. Sign in or create a free account.
  2. Find your event on the map or by searching the name.
  3. Click "Claim this event" on the event page.
  4. A Stagelet admin reviews the claim. You'll get an email when it's approved.
  5. Once approved, you can edit the listing, upload a flyer, and see crowd check-ins.

Staying Verified

  • Every 30 days Stagelet emails a one-click verify link.
  • Click it. Verified for another 30 days.
  • Miss the window and the event drops back to Claimed. Still editable.

What a claimed host can do

  • Edit event details (time, day, venue, description).
  • Upload a flyer.
  • Pause the event for a week or a season.
  • See who checked in via Crowd Check-in.
  • Keep verified status with a monthly click.
